In November 2025, Neginski CEO Andrey Neginskiy took part in MeetForCharity — one of Russia’s best-known and largest charity auctions, where the lots are not items but meetings and personal consultations with entrepreneurs, executives and experts.
Andrey supported Provideniye, a charity helping children with visual impairments and their families. Founded in 2018, the foundation organises check-ups, supports families and funds ophthalmic surgeries when time is critical. According to the foundation, over several years it has supported 2,000+ families and funded 3,000+ surgeries to preserve and restore sight.
A key value of the foundation’s work is early diagnosis. In paediatric ophthalmology, delays can be decisive: if a problem is detected too late, even relatively affordable treatment may no longer work. This ‘time window’ — between an early check-up and irreversible consequences — is often what determines the outcome.
I learned from the foundation’s team that many surgeries are not expensive at all. But even this help is often delayed because quality diagnosis is not available in time. It struck me: a delay can cost a child their sight for life. I wanted to contribute.

About the Format and Topics of the Meeting
The auction lot was a personal consultation with Andrey Neginskiy. This is the format MeetForCharity uses most often: the winner receives a practical, business-focused meeting, and the funds raised go to the foundation’s programmes.
During the consultation, Andrey covered key questions that often matter to entrepreneurs and executives in real estate:
scaling a real estate business internationally;
launching and growing an agency with expansion into other countries, including Asia;
premium segment marketing and sales strategies;
building and monetising an expert’s personal brand on social media.
This participation combined two goals: supporting systemic help for children and sharing practical experience with people building businesses and looking for precise management decisions.
