Neginski Birthday 2025

On 4 March 2025, from 19:00 to 21:00, Neginski hosted a private event to mark the company’s 5th anniversary. The meeting took place in an intimate setting at Svoy Hamovniki, focused on live discussion, guest Q&A and real investment scenarios.

The centrepiece of the evening was a talk by Neginski CEO Andrey Neginskiy. He presented and walked through projects in the $150K–$1.5M budget range, linked to different buyer goals: capital protection, income generation and diversification across markets and currencies.

The shortlist featured the key destinations Neginski works with:

This range helped guests compare markets using the same framework: where liquidity is higher, where growth potential is stronger and where the income model and exit timeline are clearer.

After the main part, Andrey answered audience questions about overseas property investment. The discussion covered topics investors commonly raise:

• what to compare when looking at projects within the same budget;

• the mistakes first-time overseas buyers most often make and how to avoid them.

The format was practical: not just general theory, but a conversation based on real guest requests.

Alongside the business programme, guests had a reception with champagne and music — so they could talk, meet each other and exchange contacts in an informal setting.

After the event, the total amount guests considered allocating to investment projects reached $26,000,000. This reflects not only interest in overseas property, but also a readiness to discuss deals within specific budgets and scenarios — as long as the selection logic is transparent and the support model is clear.
